We had the most wonderful time on the water today! It was much more than we ever could have anticipated or expected. From the boat, the food, our hosts/captains, and the scenery, everything was amazing. Killarney really is the jewel of Ontario and Killarney Mountain Lodge is the jewel of Killarney.

Now that we have discovered the many unique excursions offered by Killarney Mountain Lodge, we will most certainly be back. Thank you so much again for your welcoming emails and kindness. Have a very nice summer.

To the KML Family,

I should have written earlier to thank you and all the staff including Jordan and the very entertaining singer Andy Lowe, also the last but not the least Eileen and David our captain and sailboat cruise director...we had wonderful 3 days x 3 nights (were suppose to stay 2 nights but the 3rd proves our appreciation) oh, not to forget to mention the delicious and generous breakfast.

My wife Aileen and I had the pleasure of staying at Killarney Mountain Lodge last week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary on August 13th.

During our stay we enjoyed two excursions, the Georgian Bay Sailing Cruise and the Johnnie Lake Escape, both great getaways guided by friendly and capable people. We had a wondeful time and loved the food and the hospitality of all the staff.

Of course I took my Nikon camera (D-200) and was captivated by my first trip to Georgian Bay and the Killarney region. This is truly a photographer's heaven on earth.

Please be so kind as to accept my submissions in the Photo Contest in the categories of landscape and human interest.

We look forward to the possibilty of being your guests again and again.

Subject: our stay at your beautiful lodge

I would like to thank all the staff at the Mountain Lodge for giving my husband and I such a wonderful memory. Everyone treated us as a member of the family, from Tom and John who gave us an experience to talk about with our friends,to Dave and Eileen who made our first trip on a sailing boat very enjoyable, to Steve who took us to the most breathtaking view of fall colours. We would also like to thanks Maury for his kind concern our first day out. This was an experience of a life time we will never forget. I would also like to thank the staff that took care of us at meal tiime from the cook in the kitchen who prepared the most delicious suppers, to the wait staff, Peg, Tracy and Jocelyn who took care that we had enough coffee/tea and were very cheerful when they came to our table.

We haven't stopped talking about our holiday since we arrived home on Friday and have told anyone who will listen how enjoyable everything was.

We hope that some day soon we will be able to return.

Please keep sending me updates on the lodge as we never know we may take advantage of one of the holidays you offer in the future.

Again a big thank you from both Doug and myself to all at the Lodge.

Now keep in mind that this is not something I regularly do (write letters I mean), but the whole staff that we came in contact with treated us like we were the only people there! Jocelyn couldn't have treated us better! "Wreck" our guide was outstanding, I think she has quite a future ahead of her. Rick and Evelyn, well what can you say about those two? Awesome I guess.
