Chef Blair Chami
As one of the newer additions to the Killarney culinary team, Chef Blair Chami is ready to bring the flavour to Killarney!
After graduating from the renowned Stratford Chefs School, Chef Chami mastered his culinary craft at a number of prestigious establishments, including Oviinbyrd Golf Club, Toqué, and Le Club Chasse et Pêche in Montreal, as well as at The Kingham Plough in Kingham, England.
Chef Chami is a Red Seal certified executive chef with extensive training in the culinary arts. He brings his high degree of excellence and passion to all of his work, which can be fully appreciated in the dishes he creates.
We are proud to have a menu comprised of some of Ontario’s finest, freshest, and highest quality ingredients. As part of our relentless pursuit of excellence, all of our selections are sourced from Ontario’s greatest farmers, growers, and providers to offer our guests the ultimate dining experience.
